A Few Sample Activities for you to Ponder

Each of our team building activities/challenges is thought provoking and fun but they are designed as metaphors for dealing with workplace challenges and enhancing team effectiveness. Everyone learns by initially 'getting it wrong' but this soon turns in to fun and ultimately, great success shared throughout the team.

Stepping Stones - A fast paced way to promote planning, creative thinking, problem solving, attentive listening, assertiveness, leadership and customer service. Simple, yet effective and people learn so much about themselves.

Get Knotted - Exactly as it says on the tin. A frenzied, confusion driven exercise in patience, panic and assertiveness everyone enjoys.in the end! You will soon identify the key behaviours that hinder effective team working in just a few minutes. Solutions abound when the team are ultimately successful in this activity.

Bullseye! - Archery with a BIG difference. Points mean prizes for your competing teams. Who will keep their head when everyone around them is losing theirs? Promotes accelerated learning, attention to detail, learning through failing, self-confidence, coaching and achievement.

We are Sailing - The ultimate test in leadership and team working! Under the close supervision of a fully qualified captain, your team has to not only learn how to be a good deck-hand on a luxury yacht.by the end of the day they have to confidently (and competently) sail the yacht successfully through some of the most beautiful countryside in the UK... it's ok, insurance is taken care of!
