Team Building 1 Day Event D

Our aim is to create an environment that allows barriers to naturally come down enabling us to enjoy our time together as well as learn from it. The event will build and continue the development of relationships, communication and getting to know each other better. The recognition that your organisation is committed to the development of their people will encourage and reinforce motivation for the future.

A great fun and adventure team day focusing on getting to know each other better, creating a buzz of competition with a Grande Finale!

Each challenge completed successfully will gain points; this will create a great atmosphere of team competition that will culminate in a Grand Prize Ceremony at the end of the event. Each zone will have teams’ head to head!

1. Energizer Zone
   A set of physical challenges that demand real teamwork for success. The tasks are designed for all team members to be involved and will generate an atmosphere of fun that will naturally break down barriers.
2. Cerebral Zone
   Challenges of the brain that will stretch all teams, some of the exercises are from south Australia!
3. Motor Zone
   We will have some new experiences for the teams to face including, reverse steer cross country course and dune buggies.
4. Creative Zone
   A unique challenge you’ve probably never seen before! Our drum coach will train each team to play the Samba! Each team will be competitively marked on rhythm, timing, teamwork and presence.
5. Final Zone
   All the teams will come together for the Grande finale, each team must build and fire their own rocket 500 ft into the air!

The Big One - CHAIN REACTION!
This is a one-team non-competitive event. All participants have a part to play and ultimately experience the benefit of successful co-operation in action.

• Stage One
  Requires each team to complete standalone sections; successful assembly is governed by the team’s ability to overcome a series of challenges.
• Stage Two
  Involves all teams coming together as one major force completing the construction and triggering the 'CHAIN REACTION'!
