Team Building 1 Day Event C

Our aim is to create an environment that allows barriers to naturally come down enabling us to enjoy our time together as well as learn from it. The event will build and continue the development of relationships, communication and getting to know each other better. The recognition that your organisation is committed to the development of their people will encourage and reinforce motivation for the future.

An informal ‘reward’ team day focusing on getting to know each other better, building confidence and having a great fun day!

Activity One – Ice Breaker
A fun ice-breaker called ‘Who do you know?’ gently alleviates initial apprehensions. This will be followed by a fun starter task called line up.
Activity Two – Team Challenges
A round robin of short team tasks - the tasks will be used to generate an atmosphere of fun that will naturally break down barriers.
Activity Three – Adventure Course
Designed to develop trusting, coaching and encouraging within the team, the delegates will have an opportunity to either go on our Low and High Ropes Course.
Lunch
Activity Four – Climbing & Abseiling
On the Climbing Wall or Abseil tree, these activities develop individual confidence and achievement levels. A fun and enjoyable way to stretch boundaries!
Activity Five – The Bomb!
This is one of the most tense and exciting team tasks ever designed by the Summit Team. The objective is to simply diffuse a Bomb! Teams being teams often dive straight into this task wanting to touch and get hands on; they soon discover this is not the way! Priorities change and uncertainty sets in as they try to decipher the ambiguous instructions. The atmosphere is pressured, tense and exciting.
Activity Six – Tube dash
The Grande finale, Tube Dash! All together for the last task, getting everyone through an inner-tube in a timed run of 1.5 seconds per person or less. After some practice, design and planning, good teamwork will provide a success and a great cheer to end the day.
