Team Building 1 Day Event A

Our aim is to create an environment that allows barriers to be removed naturally, enabling the team to enjoy its time together as well as learn from it. The event will build and continue the development of relationships, communication and mutual support back in the workplace.

A team day focused on behaviours, relationships and teamwork. Including reviews of learning and application back into the workplace. A great fun day!

09.00	Arrive, coffee, tea and light snack
09.15	Introductions by Coordinator or Manager Explain safety, facilitate expectations; introduce objectives & style of reviews: What was positive or strength? What can we improve and how will we do it? What can we take back to work and apply?
09.30	Team Icebreakers - a wide variety of unique, fun activities
10.0	Start Round Robin with three teams Task 10.00 10.15 10.30 Spiders Web 1 2 3 Poison Swamp 2 3 1 Stepping Stones 3 2 1
10.45	Coffee Break
11.00	Continue Team Tasks Task 11.20 11.40 12.00 Toast Rack 1 2 3 The Wall 2 3 1 Swing Bridge 3 1 2
12.20	Consolidation - each team to spend 10 minutes identifying: 2 strengths of the team & 2 things learned to take back to work
1.0	Lunch
1.30	Make a Million The team has to make one million pounds within a specified time. To do this the team must pick from a menu of tasks that have varying difficulty and duration. The team must effectively prioritise and plan the how the team will be able to achieve their goal. Multi-tasking, effective communication, leadership and teamwork are some of the relevant issues that will face the team.
3.30	Coffee and self-review of Make a Million and whole day
4.30	Consolidation - each team to feedback their review of the day
