Crisis Media Management
Purpose:
To equip senior team members with the skills and knowledge to effectively deal with the media during a crisis.
Participants will learn how to:
- Plan and produce media commentary in a crisis situation
- Anticipate key media questions and produce focused, relevant answers
- Manage themselves more productively during a challenging interview
- Control a challenging conversation and communicate your key message
- Avoid the 'in one word' challenge from a reporter
- Maintain credibility even during the toughest of interviews
- Undertake 'real-life' interviews through challenging role-plays
- Remain confident and composed throughout a crisis situation
