Our recruitment programme is rigorous. You will not only be interviewed by our leadership team, but also present on a range of subjects (agreed in advance) and assist on several of our events to get a feel for how we help trusting clients maximise their performance. You will also receive personal coaching from a Summit Director and be invited to give and receive authentic feedback throughout your career with Summit.
