BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory - EQ-i^TM

Based on over 20 years of research by Dr. Reuven BarOn and tested on over 500,000 individuals across the globe, the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory is designed to measure a number of specific areas related to emotional intelligence.

The results of ongoing research suggest that emotional intelligence is a more accurate predictor of ‘success’ than the more traditional measures of cognitive intelligence (IQ).

What the Baron EQ-i Measures

The BarOn EQ-i consists of 133 questions and takes approximately 30 – 45 minutes to complete. It provides an overall EQ score as well as scores for the following 5 composite scales and 15 subscales:
